I enjoy helping people find a way out of depression and discover the strength and tools they need to deal with painful issues in the past. I believe it's important to view people within the full context of their lives and I enjoy helping people learn how to live in the present, set positive goals, and make healthy personal choices. Having worked with survivors of domestic violence at Women in Distress of Broward County, I have special interest in helping survivors of domestic abuse and sexual and other trauma, as well as those experiencing symptoms of PTSD.

I have a special interest in art therapy techniques which I use with some individual clients and groups. I believe in the inherent healing characteristic of art and have designed several successful art therapy workshops.

I am certified as a Christian Life Coach by the American Association of Christian Counselors, and a professor of psychology at Trinity International University.
